With Oscars
ahead, Hollywood stars were seen bagging awards at BAFTA 2014, another big
occasion for Hollywood film fraternity. Fans and followers all around the world keenly
wait for Red carpet appearance of their favorite celebrities to see them in
their best.
To begin with,
at BAFTA 2014 London, England, we have Angelina Jolie. Angelina Jolie wore a
Saint Laurent suit with Tiffany & Co. jewels. I find the look different and
unconventional! Why? The competition is
always between ‘the gowns’. Angelina Jolie’s menswear-inspired shirt and with an untied bowtie,
broke the code for sure.
Coming to my next favorite is Cate Blanchett. She looked
gorgeous in a short-sleeved black Alexander McQueen creation
which was adorned with metallic silver flowers. I also loved her chunky
statement necklace by Chopard, which featured a cluster of birds and branches! How
could this one go unnoticed.
Amy Adams chose black Victoria Beckham gown
which was sleek, sexy, and had just the right amount of edge with its sheer
bodice. She got it all right for herself by not opting for jewel tones and
revealing necklines this time.
Lupita Nyong'o,
carried Christian Dior Couture and Ana Khouri gold cuffs. She pulled off the colour comfortably.
I definitely like Olga Kurylenko, in Burberry.
